Follow these four steps to set up your evos account on a mobile device.
- Download the app or open the browser: For Android, download the APK file to your device; for iOS, open Safari and visit our site; for any browser, navigate to evos.bet on your phone.
- Install or add to home screen: Android users enable unknown sources in settings and tap the APK file to install; iOS users tap the share icon and select "Add to Home Screen"; browser users bookmark the page for quick access.
- Create an account or sign in: If you are new to evos, tap "Open an account" and provide your username, email, password, and mobile number; complete KYC verification with ID and address proof; if you already have an account, enter your login credentials.
- Start exploring markets and place bets: Browse Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, or casino games; make your first deposit through QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer; set up two-factor authentication to secure your account.
App versus browser: why choose the evos app
Both the native app and the mobile browser offer full access to your account, but the app has advantages. The app caches recent match data and odds locally, so if your internet connection drops mobile bankingefly, you can still view previous screens. The app sends push notifications for live-score updates during Liga 1 and Piala AFF matches, so you know immediately when a goal is scored or a market closes. The app also starts faster and uses less bandwidth because it does not reload every page from the network. For users frequently on the move between Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan, the app's speed and offline resilience reduce frustration. The browser, however, needs no installation and works on any device, including computers, so it is the better choice if you access evos from multiple devices or a shared phone.
Device requirements and evos compatibility
Our app works on Android 7.0 (released in 2016) and iOS 12 (released in 2018) or later. Most smartphones and tablets sold in the last six years meet these requirements. If your device is older, you can still access evos through any mobile web browser—Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge all work. We have tested the app on common devices from major manufacturers and confirmed smooth performance on standard hardware. If you encounter crashes or slow performance, ensure your device has at least 100MB of free storage and your operating system is updated to the latest patch version.
Android 7.0 or iOS 12 minimum
We recommend keeping your device operating system updated to the latest version for security and performance. If your device is on older software, check your device settings for system updates.
Common installation issues on evos
Android users sometimes see a warning that the APK is from an unknown source. This is expected because the APK is not listed in the Google Play Store. To proceed, go to Settings → Security and enable "Unknown Sources" or "Allow installation from unknown sources," then retry the installation. Your device will not be harmed; we sign our APK with a certificate that verifies its authenticity. If installation still fails, clear your browser cache and download the APK again. iOS users may see a warning when adding the web app to the home screen; this is normal for web apps on iOS. Simply confirm the action and the app will be added. If the app does not open after installation, force-close it, delete it from the home screen, and reinstall. For both platforms, ensure you have at least 100MB of free device storage before attempting installation.
Data, permissions, and account security on evos
We at evos encrypt all data between your device and our servers using TLS 1.2 or later. The app requests minimal permissions: only internet access to connect to your account, and storage access if you choose to download invoices or receipts. We never ask for access to your contacts, camera, or microphone. We do not sell location data. Your login session is stored securely on your device; if you lose your phone, you can sign out remotely through your account page on a web browser, invalidating all sessions. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings—this adds a second verification step when you log in from a new device, protecting you if your password is compromised. When you withdraw funds through local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), your payment details are never stored on your device; they are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with standard fraud-prevention protocols.
Mobile security on evos starts with encryption and two-factor authentication. Keep your password strong, never share your login with others, and enable 2FA in your account settings.
